Awarded 94/100 at the International Wine and Spirits Competition 2023.  This Méthode Traditionnelle was the highest scoring sparkling cider in the competition.   Also awarded a 2 star at the Great Taste Awards.  Méthode Traditionnelle is the process used in Champagne production, whereby champagne yeast creates a secondary fermentation in the bottle.  The result?
