Rum Barrel Aged Cider

Awarded Champion Cider 2022 by Taste of the West.  Limited Edition Rum Barrel Aged Cider.  Our slow fermented single variety Dabinett coder further aged in spiced plantation rum barrels.  Backsweetened with a little Muscovado sugar to accentuate the warming nutty oak and toasted sugar finish imparted by the rum.    I litre flagons. ABV 8%.  Case of 6.
