A slow matured premium dry cider pressed from vintage quality West Country cider apples.  Crisp green apple and a hint of tartness reminiscent of dry white wine. This is a live cider that will continue to improve with age but is ready to be drunk now.  Chill exceedingly well. Serve in wine glasses as a lower alcohol alternative to wine. ABV 8.4%.
